Refund policy

Overview

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back — items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

How to start a return

Email us at hushfoot@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back before receiving approval.

Hygiene & condition requirements Important

As socks are worn directly against the skin, we can only accept returns on items that are completely unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached and in the original sealed packaging. We are unable to accept returns on socks that have been tried on, worn, or washed, for hygiene reasons.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hushfoot@hotmail.com with a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or any socks that have been worn or removed from their original packaging. Custom or personalised orders are also final sale.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size or style is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately. This ensures you get exactly what you want without delays.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from our approval notice, please contact us at hushfoot@hotmail.com.
