Shipping policy
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer — we will notify you if there is a significant delay.
SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We currently ship from our fulfillment center in China using international logistics carriers. Estimated delivery times by destination are as follows:
United States: 8–18 business days United Kingdom: 7–15 business days Europe: 8–18 business days Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days Canada: 10–20 business days Rest of World: 12–25 business days
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on carrier capacity, customs clearance, and local postal conditions.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
We work with established international logistics providers to ship your order. Depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout, your order may be handled by carriers including but not limited to YunExpress, 4PX, and their local delivery partners. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–72 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update in the carrier's system. You can track your order via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email, or by visiting the carrier's website directly.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the shipping method selected. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time — any applicable conditions will be clearly stated on the promotion page.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
HUSHFOOT ships internationally from China. Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely outside our control. All customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. HUSHFOOT is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
If a package is refused at customs or abandoned due to unpaid duties, HUSHFOOT is not responsible for the resulting loss and no refund will be issued for the order.
DELIVERY ISSUES
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and any safe drop locations, then contact your local post office. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at hushfoot@hotmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will investigate with the carrier.
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos immediately upon receipt and contact us at hushfoot@hotmail.comwithin 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
For orders confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
MULTIPLE PACKAGES
Occasionally, items in the same order may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. If you believe part of your order is missing, please check your tracking information first before contacting us.
